Moving Out Questions
We recommend that you schedule your bond cleaning service 1-2 days prior to your move out date.
Tenants may select any cleaning company to do their bond cleaning. However, if the cleaning has not been completed after moving out, we may send additional cleaners to resolve the issue, and any additional cleaning fees will be deducted from the tenant’s bond. As we can’t guarantee the bond cleaning service standard, we suggest you can contact us to manage the cleaning for you.
For formal notice, please fill up the RTA form below:
We will complete the exit report once the guest has left. Any damage or missing items not reported in the entry condition report may be deducted from the bond.
